Not Starting

w have replaced the alternator and both starter and battery are good. When we put the key in we have power (lights and door beeps) but as soon as the key is turned to start it clicks then the car is totally dead

Two possibilities, either the battery is drained to the point that their isn't enough voltage to turn the engine over but will power some accessories. The other may be a starter solenoid/starter failure.
