It Will Not Turn On Even After Changing The Batteries Twice And Turning Switch T

Make sure the batteries are making good contact. You can try cleaning the battery contacts with alcohol. If that doesn't work then it's probably a mainboard issue. In that case, you'll just have to buy a new CD player.
