Can't Get On Demand Movies
I have been trying to get a movie from On Demand and nothing happens when I try to get info or select a movie except the screen changes to black with "MOVIES ON DEMAND" across it. What can I do to get movies.

There could be a couple of factors involved in this. There could be an outage in the area with the service, a possible billing issue or the box is needing to be reset. You can pull the power cord for 30 seconds and see if it works. If not, you are welcome to email me at [email protected] and I will see if I can further diagnose the problem as well as send some diagnostic signals to your cable box to see if that will clear it up.
