Your question is confusing. Do you mean that you need a copy of your resume? Your resume is your responsibility and it is always a good idea to keep it on your computer or at least in hard copy and update it with the start date and job title of each new job or promotion.

Or do you mean that you need the information about your employment with McDonalds?

You really should begin your search with the manager of the restaurant at which you work. But if you need to go outside your place of employment, call Corporate at 1-800-244-6227 and explain that you need to speak to either HUman Resources or payroll. It depends upon what you really need. I'm sure you have an employee number so have that handy.
