Racism Against Senior Citizens,

I worrked at McDonald's in Madison Heights VA for almost 5 years in October, I gave that store 150% of myself while I was employed there, I was fired but they the Supervision Derick Sam's did not want Seniors working in the store that he was over, the reason for my being fired was because I walked out after..being spoken to very rudely and insulted but this is one of the ways the Store is run at this time, you either-or young in mature or a relative if management there...I was a Lobby lady and did a great job at what I did,my age did not interfere with my work,I could work circles around the young kids there...they were waiting just for me to trip up just one time and out they would push me.....I loved my job,the Crew and most of the Management but if I was asked to do anything outside of the Lobby I did so,..I do not feel like I was treated fairly what so ever....I have looked into A Ombudsman and how I was not treated right I was Descrimated against, I have asked to be put back on my job but don't get any answers which are not fair..Seniors this is a Company that only wants young people not Seniors....
