Why doesn't the store in Mt. Olive, NC #4766 carry the $1 bacon cheeeseburger?

McDonalds stores are franchised & the franchise owner, determine's in which promo's they will participate.

they have a different system. Even though they are the same company, every price varies from store to store. Like, for example Walmart. :)
