Mcafee Down Load From Cd Bought At Walmart.
I bought McAfee on1-30-11. I installed the Cd and everything down loaded and was working fine. got on today and it was know where to be found it was like erased off my lab top. what went wrong and if i redown load it will it use another install. off of my 3 will i only have 1 down load left? because i have 3 and i used 1 on my labtop. please help me.

I can't answer for where the program went (could still be installed and simply not running at the moment.) However, you can log into your subscription account on their website (url to their site included at bottom) and activate/deactivate a subscription tied to a specific pc. Downloading it to your laptop a 2nd time will only use a 2nd instance of this subscription if your IP address has changed. In the event your IP has changed and your subscription is tying two instances to the same laptop, deactivate the one not pertaining to your current IP address.
