How Do I Get My Retail Card On Here?

I bought a retail card from walmart, not knowing it was not a disc and what a pain it's been and my spouse doesn't allow acct. info online, do I need to just DELETE all my McAfee anti virus so I can dwnld FREE AVG? If so, how do I fet my money back for the retail card, not to mention all the time wasted???
