Greetings. If you log into McAfee Site with your Grant number and proceed to MSME 8 download area - you should find a download for "Activations.zip"

Download this and extract it. You will have ePO and Standalone Packages ...

Extaract then the package you want to use

Essentially there are two activations - one for the AV side of things (MSMSA.exe) and one for AntiSpam side of things (MSMEASA.exe).
