Can't Get Extended Mntnce Refund On Totaled New Car. Dealer Oob. Details Follow

Bought new Mazda February 2014 with an Extended "Confidence" (maintenance) contract. Totaled it February 2015 (really). Dealer now out of business and Extended Confidence will only refund their share of original cost (no where near total due). They say their only responsibility is refunding "administrative fees and insurance premium." And since dealer is out of business Mazda corporate is responsible for balance. And they have no idea how that is accomplished. Calls to both resulting in nothing. Copy of written stuff available to anyone! Would appreciate any help.Have several of the categories that follow!!
