Keyless Entry System Not Working

My key fob won't work in my 2002 mazda millenia s, I have tried replacing the battery and it still doesn't work. People have said it could be a fuse but I am having trouble locating the fuse in my car, anyone know where it is? Or other things that could be wrong?
