we have a 2000 b4000 my girlfriend was putting a rod in the rear seat area. She broke the dome light and now the wipers,the power windows,and the cruise do not work. can you help me with this?

The metal rod probably created a short across the dome lights contacts and blew the fuse, which is common to be shared amongst other cab features like power windows and such. Start with the fuse box to see if you have any blown fuses.
