Monetary Refund Credit

Does Maytag offer a Monetary Refund Credit on the Maytag Neptune - Front Loading Washer? The bearings are gone and the water seal is leaking. I now have to purchase a NEW machine. I paid approximately $1100.00 for the Neptune!
