how to remove the drain hose from back of washer.

Turn off water supply, remove inlet hoses. Remove drain hose from drain pipe. Lay washer on its front, there may be some water spill on the floor, have a few bath towels ready. Diconnect drain hose from pump, (more water, have towels ready), return washer to upright position. Pull drain hose out from back of washer. to instal reverse proces.
