Maytag Centennial Washer Model Mvwc300xw0 Won't Spin Clothes Dry

Using any wash cycle when washer gets to spin cycle in just hangs there with red lock light blinking. When set to drain/spin it sounds like it's draining, but spin is barely audible and clothes are still wet at end.
