Maytag Mvwb850wq Oxi Clean Dispenser Not Working

I have the Maytag MVWB850WQ which has the dispensers on the four corners (not a tray). The oxi-clean dispenser is not working. I have selected the oxi treat stains button. When the wash complete the oxi clean powder is still in the dispenser.
