My Maytag Bravos Topload Washer Stops Prior To Draining And Spinning Sometimes.

My maytag bravos topload washer stops prior to draining and spinning SOMETIMES. It has gone through a full normal cycle occasionally. When it stops before draining I have gotten the drain/spin mode to work and then sometimes I can't get it to work at all!!! We have replaced the lid switch and the drain pump with no improvement. We've unplugged to reset... Checked error codes and have gotten drainage problems and suds codes but nothing to explain why this is happening!!! We took cover off, checked basket and connections. VERY FRUSTRATING as I have had to drain it and my clothes out manually several times!!!! About to give up!Ps. When we try to start the machine we hear a click, the timer goes up by 1, and then it just sits there on sensor mode.
