Water Fills In A Trickle, Bleach Not Dispensed. Water Lines Clear And Work.

Both H and C water fill in a trickele so slowly it times out and generates a LF error. The water lines work and the filter screens are clear. Also, bleach remains in the pan without dispensing. The unit can wash if several gallons of water are manually poored in the detergent every time it tries to fill or rinse. What parts do I need to replace to fix it?
