Maytag Model Msd2578vemoo Refrigerator Top 2 Shelves Keep Freezing All Food.

hi, i have a maytag side by side refrigerator less than 3 years old with model # MSD2578VEMoo and all the food in the 2 top shelves of the refrigerator keep all items frozen, even though my own refrgerator thermometers i purchased for the freezer and refrigerator are accurate stating 0 degrees for freezer and 40 degrees fo refrigerator. i gave up tryng to reset the controls on the face as they do not seem to be acurate. i have also almost totally closed that device in the side of the refrigerator which allows cool air to enter from the freezer and that has not stopped the first 2 shelves of food being frozen in the fridge. i need to know what is causing the freezing in the refrigerator and the ice maker was never used at all. please advise and many thanks.

You May Want To Check The Slide Knob On The Lower Left Side Of The Refrigerator. It Should Be Pushed Towards You, And Always Recheck When Closing Bottom Drawer, Since It Will Move The Knob.

Also Make Sure That The Door From The Milk Compartment Is Always Alaway Closed Since That Temperture Will Come Directly From The Freezer. To Adjust That Temperture, You Want To Adjust The Upper Left Door Chill Controll. Found That If I Have It Open On 'one', Then It Will Not Freeze In Fridge.
