Affresh Cycle

 I cannot find any instructions on the clean with affresh cycle. I set the washer on the clean with affresh cycle. Put the puck that came with the washer into the tub. pressed start. All it did was roll the puck around for 20 minutes.  The puck came out a little beat up but thats it.  what am I doing wrong.
