Cracked Body On Side Of Washer

This washer just over 3 years old, large crack on the side of soap tray and actual goes right in bottom of tray. Seem like the plastic did not fully seal then just cracked. Called whirlpool and they said nothing they can do. No other problem of this type has ever been reported

Sorry for the bad news, but if your washer is no longer under warranty and Maytag told you there's nothing it can do, you're probably out of luck. My only suggestion is that you appeal to the company's corporate office:

Maytag Corporation
2000 N. M-63
Benton Harbor, MI 49022-2692
United States
Phone: 269-923-5000
