Locked Door

Help! How do I unlock the door when I can't get the power button to turn on?Much thanks!Linda

you will need to UNPLUG the washer and remove the bottom front service panel. Carefully reach up along the inside of that front panel and pull down on the manual release tab that is on the bottom of the door latch assembly. You should then be able to open the washer door.

you need to remove the top of the machine. three screws in the back need to be removed. lift the lid. you can see a manual release inside. go to you tube and you can watch a short video. just type in locked washer door and model number. easy! but if you are having code problems, i am out of answers. i am still waiting for service.
