Why Is There Ice Buildup In The Bottom Of The Freezer Drawer?
Water is leaking on the floor under the fridge. The bottom of the freezer drawer has a sheet of ice. I have vacuumed the fins. I suspect the drain to the evaporator pan is clogged..and don't know how to find out or even access it. Do I need a service call or is this something the user can tackle?
