Stopped Cooling - Both Refrig And Freezer - 2 Weeks Old
Our MEE2258FEZ stopped cooling. I shut down the refrig and freezer, waited 15 mins and restarted. The compressor came back on, but 15 hours later it is still not cooling. The electric connection works. We have a warranty order in with the store, but cannot come out for a few days. We are very disappointed since our 10 year old GE Profile died and did not come back with replacement of boards and thermostat nobs. Ouch.Any ideas on resetting it? I don't want to cause any reasons the warranty will be challenged.
