Maytag Mfc2061kes Water Dispenser Making Noise And Water Barely Comes Out

Maytag mfc2061kes water dispenser is making a clicking thumping noise when the button is pressed and water barely comes out. Changed the filter and the ice maker works fine. I can hear it fill the ice tray with no problem (assuming it goes through the filter). What would cause this? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
