Maytag Mfi2266aes. On Filter Change Water Flow Reduced. How To Fix It?

I have a refrigerator MFI2266AES. It is 5-6 years old. I changed its water filter for the 3rd or 4th time recently. Now when I dispense the water, it makes a sound and the water flow rate has reduced drastically.How can I fix it myself? Please provide a part # if a part needs to be replaced and the website I can buy it on on-line.Thanks,Hamid
