Maytag Medz400tq1 Error Code

My dryer will not start. When Power switch pressed and held for 1 sec, all indicators appear normal except the clean lint filter light is on. Opening and closing door turns this alarm off. Pressing Start causes the dryer to look like it is starting for a few seconds and then I get F-01 error code
