Maytag Med9800tqo Dryer

The time display is blank, there is a light on the normal setting and on the damp, and will not respond to error code display. I have replaced the control board, tested for continuity on the thermal fuse and it tested good. I have tested the electrical and it tested good at the plug and dryer.
