What Causes A Maytag Mdb5601aww Dishwasher Not To Clean Dishes?

It makes cleaner dishes dirty.  It is supposed to be self cleaning.  Is there a way to clean it?

Ran the initial diagnotics test both were good. I believe the drain is plugged. Manual does not help
