Has There Been Any Problems With This Machine

the number 3 ,next to the dry heat what does it mean the green light just stay on and my machine is froze up ran fine 3 days ago i am wandering if there are recalls on this

Control panel has been intentionally or inadvertently locked by pressing the heated dry button for at least 3 seconds. Unlock it by pressing in the heated dry button for at least 3 seconds...It's a feature to prevent the little ones from accidentally starting a cycle.
