What Do I Do?

I got this washer second hand Mah2400aww. Was working. I like it but it stopped working a day ago. It wont spin or drain and the door is locked. Can I use the 10 year warranty I heard they had or how do I fix? Thanks.

If the machine is less than one year old you can call warranty work. You may have a bad pressure switch , lid switch or timer. You might try to run in a different cycle. The lid witch is the most common problem and you will have to open the top of the cabinet to check it. The unit will not spin until 2/3 of the water has drained out. If you can open the base cabinet, you can check the pump as it may be clogged or has failed.
