How Do I Stop Match.com From Sending Me E-mails?

If you don't have a Match.com`profile, just click the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of the original email you received and follow the steps. You will be removed from their lists. (For all emails to stop, please allow 7-10 days)

If`you`have`a`profile in Match.com, here's what`you should do.

Go to the Email Preferences screen:

1. Sign into your Match.com account

2. Click the gear icon

3. Select Email Preferences

You can update the frequency of your Match.com by Mail matches, the content of those emails, and what notifications and/or special offers you'd like to receive from this screen. When you're finished, simply click on Update.

Scroll down and click unsubscribe then follow the proceedure
