Hi I just joined 4 days ago. I would like to know if I can cancel my membership and get a refund? I know you have a 7 day free trial. can you help me with that and let me know. Thanksyou can reach me at

To do this, please visit the Change/Cancel Membership page under your Account Settings (the gear icon). For your security, you'll need to re-enter your password as part of this process. Next, click the Cancel Subscription link. You'll be asked to choose a cancellation reason and click Continue Cancellation to proceed.
