Complaint About Mas

I am Enrich member who took an evening flight MH1253 on 05 Dec 13 (AOR-KUL) and connecting flight MH6 the same day (KUL-FRA). As MH1253 was delyed for nearly 2 hours, I consulted the MAS officer in AOR and they assured me the time is sufficient and there will be officer standby at the arrival gate to lead me to the connecting gate. Unfortunately no officer waiting and I had to run like hell to transfer counter and disaapointedly officer in transfer counter did not awared of the delayed flight. Afterall I managed to catch the MH6 at very last minute before the flight shut the door. The officer only torn off the boarding pass without scanning it (I assumed). 2 week after I arrived FRA, I found the miles for MH6 (KUL-FRA) was missing and therefore I submit CLAIM MISSING MILES from Enrich Online. 2 weeks later, the miles still not show up. I file complaint by using the CONTACT US form from Enrich Online supported with my boarding pass and e-ticket, yet no sign of the miles. I continuously sent email to [email protected] as well as [email protected] but no one attending to me. I called contact number behind the Enrich Card, just long waiting until call disconnected. It was 2 months plus now and I really do not understand why MAS / Enrich team need so long time to check while I have provided with sufficient documents. My next return to Malaysia will be June which mean the validity date to claim missing miles has been over. The missing miles are key miles for me to upgrade to silver level and I really feel like being cheated. Very dissappointed.
