Makita Hr5001c Motor Problem
The motor runs at correct rev's but drops a slight bit of rev's every revolution but then picks up.Checked brushes and they are okay.

It refers to a torque limiter. This may be your issue. I suggest checking the speed control in conjunction with the use you are putting the tool to. It could also be due to a faulty armature with a broken wire but I would consider that less likely.
