We Have Been Using Magicjack Plus A Little Over A Year And Have Talked With Fami

We have talked with family frequently with magic jack plus in Honduras and a few days ago we lost the magic jack plus service. Perhaps there is an account problem as we have never heard from them for additional costs. In trying to solve this we gave them permission for an automatic renewal but we still do not have service.
