Unable To Make Calls To The Usa

I subscribed to the new Majic jack Plus. While I am able to make calls to Canada and Jamaica, I am unable to make calls to USA land line or cell phone. Why is this so?

As magicJack does not offer personal support, your best course may be to return the device. If you bought your magicJack at a retailer, return the device to the retailer with your original packaging and receipt.

Otherwise, you must return your magicJack(s) within 30 days with the RMA email or RMA Bar Code enclosed

Before returning equipment you must obtain a valid RMA number by visiting: http://my.magicjack.com/returns.html
All returned equipment must be in the original packaging with the UPC or bar code intact.
All components must be included.

You can also try phoning them, at 281-404-1551.

If all else fails, you can complain to the Florida Dept. of Agriculture and Consumer Services, at 850-488-2221.
