Can A Magicjack Be Used With A Phone Line With A Lifeline Box Attached To It?

My elderly neighbor just bought a magice jack. She has a lifeline box attached to her phone line. Is it possible to have a magicjack with a lifeline box? I can't seem to find any possible way to connect it with the lifeline box in the way.
