Magicjack Does Not Load

Everytime i open my magicjack, magictalk opens and asks me to load magictalk a service i do not want to avail of at this time i close the window and click on my magicjack but nothing happens so what is wrong with my magicjack?will it not work anymore? what do i do to get back my magicjack service? i was so happy with it but now it is causing me some stress. at times i get lucky, magicjack loads after more than an hour...that is when i would be working on my pc then the menu opens.

Try unistalling and reinstalling it

To uninstall your magicJack, please go to control panel and remove it from the list of currently installed programs.

Windows XP

1.  Click Start, click Control Panel, and then double-click Add or Remove Programs.

2.  In the Currently installed programs box, click magicJack, and then click Remove.

3.  If you are prompted to confirm the removal of the program, click Yes.

Windows Vista/Windows 7

1.  Click Start, click Control Panel, click Programs, and click Programs and Features.

2.  In the Currently installed programs box, select magicJack, and then click Uninstall.

3.  If you are prompted to confirm the removal of the program, click Yes.

 

To reinstall your magicJack, simply plug it back in and it will automatically reinstall
