Magicjack App For Android Tablet

I isntalled the MagicJack app on my Android Tablet and it worked fine. I had to delete and reload the OS on my tablet because it became corrupt. After reloading the OS on my tablet, I reinstalled MagicJack. After reinstalling, it doesn't recognize my email address. When I open the MagicJack app, it asks for my email address and password. After I type in my email address and password, it gives a message "Email Address was not found. I am unable to proceed or re register or change email address or anything. Please advise.
