My Magic Jack Plus 352-327-7815 Not Working And Is Under Warranty.

on my previous complain, i received and replaced today new power adopter, but still getting reply that "There is system error, pls. try again later" so pls. solve my problem

As you probably realize, magicJack's customer support is for the most part magically lacking. You can try phoning them, at 561-594-9925. You may also reach magicJack by writing:

If all else fails, you can dispute any payment with your credit card provider or complain to the Florida Dept. of Agriculture and Consumer Services, at 850-488-2221 or 2005 Apalachee Pkwy., Tallahassee, FL 32399. If it's within 30 days, you can return the product using these instructions.
