Was Disconnected While Getting Help From Live Chat Person Evert About My

Was accidentally disconnected while on Live Chat with person with name of EVERT. My computer crashed and purchased new computer. When I reconnected my MagicJack I was given a new tele. # which doesn't work. I prefer to retain my old tele.#. I connected to live chat after trying to get help for days and while connected to EVER

Unfortunately you will have to go back to the Magicjack site and reconnect onto live chat. Explain that you were talking to Everett and got disconnected.
