Dial your MagicJack telephone number from any phone. Press the "*" when you hear your voicemail greeting. Enter your personal identification number when prompted. From Your Email Log in to the email account you use to receive MagicJack emails. Click on the email containing a voicemail notification from MagicJack. Click on the .WAV attachment and select the option to play the message. You can also choose the save the message to your computer.
