Using Magic Jack With Iphone

Please tell me like Iam an idiot how to set up and use the magic jack on my iphone.i do have your dail pad set up on my iphone so that should mean that it is set up right,but do I need to connect to a computer or just use my iphone can I just dial any no in us from italy on your key pad,or set them up in the list first?can I dial 800 no?please walk me through this.If I make a mistake it will be very costly from here to us.need to call friends and family soon thank u.
