Hello There , to turn off your Magicjack Voicemail :

visit your MagicJack Portal via my.magicJack.com
click on Call Features
select Voicemail Off . On . or Delay.

Please log in to your magicJack account at www.my.magicjack.com.. Once in, please hover your cursor to the Call Features tab and select Voicemail On/Off/Delay and you may turn it Off.
