Go to "my computer" and double click the magic jack icon. If it doesn't work, open task manager, ctrl+alt+de. Locate and end UTSCI, NEWNET_SETUP, MAGICJACK and MAGICJACKLOADER. Unplug magicjack, plug and try again.
