Can't Renew The Service

Hi, I have a question, i\I want to get renewed my magic jack service but I cant reactivate my subscription I do all the steps but at the moment that the order is processed it can't make it... I have already filled with the method payment and does not weork either "Your order cannot be completed at this time" I hope you can help me! Thank you

Phone: 281-404-1551 How to reach a live person: They say this phone number is only for billing questions, but it is the only way to get a hold of a live person. The only other option is their online support which is basically useless. Hours of Operation: 11am - 8pm EST
