Hello There, it is possible to transfer or port your number with Magic Jack. Here's how to :

There will be a non-refundable nominal fee. Click here to login into your magicJack account and follow these instructions:

Click the "Phone Numbers" tab and then "Transfer". Next, click the "Transfer My Number" button.

Follow the prompts to submit your transfer request.

There will be a $19.99 one time fee and $9.95 annual charge after the first year. We will provide status via email.
