I Registered On Line For My Magicjack Plus But The Password I Was Given Will Not

work. I think there was a mix up because I had my magic jack plugged in, instead of my new magicjack plus.. it is complicated and i need to talk to a customer care person. Thanks

Sorry to say, magicJack does not offer more than the most feeble customer support. You can try phoning them, at 561-594-9925.

Your best course may be to reset your magicJack: Unplug your magicJack, and run mjRemover.exe and then the Microsoft Fixit Center app. Then reboot and re-plug.
