Not Receiving Incomimg Calls On My Magic Jack Number

My number is 602-539-1502. I am not able to receive any incoming calls in my magic jack number. When I called up from other phone to this magic jack number, some other person is picking up the call. Appreciate if you could assist me. Regards, Shantu
